Work for Asobo Studio. Creation of Bilbao Airport while implementing a new technology developed with the Engine team. The main goal: improving visual rendering compared to MFS 2021.
MFS is a realistic flight simulator that requires accurate scaling to maintain authenticity. To achieve this, I conducted research on the building’s plans and architecture to ensure it is as close to reality as possible.
🔵 Tech & Pipeline – With the art and engine team, we established an optimized and well-documented workflow to make this new technology accessible to outsourcers and production teams.
🔵 World-Building – I made the airport of bilbao, that includes the inside and outside of the building, positionning some lights in it. I made also what is nearby the airport.
🔵 Others : tests were conducted on other airports to refine visual quality and consistency.
🔵 In-Game Capture – The visuals shown are directly captured from the game, using its native lighting system.
